The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $3,460 for a reception and includes 16 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $150 with reception rental or ranges from $1,200 to $3,460 for a ceremony-only wedding with no reception. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
