Located in the beautiful northern California wine region, this property boasts gorgeous indoor and outdoor event spaces that will make your wedding shine. Prepare for your wedding in the the Mountain House Estate’s elegant and chic Oasis, with ravishing chandelier and comfy seating as well as in our Studio with a more casual feel. We offer several ceremony locations - Say your happy “I Do’s” on the green lawn with a pristine private pond behind you or using the barn as your backdrop. Or, if you want a truly unique setting, our Oak Tree Terrace offers an intimate setting for even large groups. The rolling green hillside freckled with trees will be the perfect place for your guests to stroll between the wedding and the reception and talk about how lovely your venue choice is. As the night moves on, have your guests enjoy a drink and appetizers in the bar area with magnificent live-edge redwood bar top and alluring convex wooden ceiling. End your evening by dancing under the stars in the landscaped patio or even in our dance club indoors.

Time Restrictions

You and your wedding party may arrive at 9am to begin preparations. Your vendors may also arrive early to begin setting up for your special day. Guests begin arriving at 3pm and our 7-hour event time ends at 10pm with clean up afterwards. We offer late hours until 2am. Each hour between 10pm and midnight is an additional $850, and each hour between midnight and 2am is $1,250.

Rental Fees

Our venue rental fee is based on day of the week, month of the year and guest count. It ranges between $5,500 for an off-season mid-week wedding to $8,000 for a Saturday between April and October. In addition we offer elopement and full-weekend packages. Please inquire with the date of your wedding and guest count for a personalized quote.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at Mountain House Estate is estimated at between $13,450 and $20,727 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
