Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee is $2,000 for ceremony and $2,000 for reception and includes 4.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a minimum guest count of 100 guests required for all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $700/hr. Please check and see if discounts may be available.
