During peak season (October to May), the Edson Keith Mansion is available for a 12-hour rental, from noon to midnight, which covers setup, the event, and cleanup. The cost for this is $7,000. During the off-season (June to September), the rental fee is reduced to $5,500. A $750 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings.
