The Spanish tile roof and the ceramic relief vignettes adorn the home’s exterior along with the ornate ironwork and hand-carved woodwork. Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 10:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $1,366.60 to $2126.60 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $192/hr for events held Friday through Sunday. Please inquire with the venue for weekday wedding rates available for 3-4 hours blocks. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and is sent back between 8-10 weeks after the event. All events serving alcoholic beverages must use our exclusive alcohol vendors. The bar prices in the Wedding Spot profile are based on 76 to 125 guests for a 4 hour package. Please inquire with the venues for the applicable fee for additional set up and extended event hours.
