The Capitol Theatre, located 22 miles outside New York City in Port Chester, N.Y., is a rock palace fit for any occasion. In addition to being a premier concert venue, The Capitol Theatre is available for private events both large and small. When your guests enter the theatre, they are met by a full bar, gorgeous gold detailed walls and rich red curtains making the foyer feel extremely elegant and classy. The theatre can be completely redesigned to comfortably fit an elegant wedding reception. The stadium seating is removed and beautiful round tables are set up. The theatre’s lights are customized to shine onto your party in any combination that matches your decor. For a more casual cocktail hour or shower, check out Garcia’s. Garcia’s serves as the Capitol Theatre’s main lobby bar on show nights, but it is also a music venue in its own right, complete with its own stage, house sound and lights. With capacity up to 250, Garcia’s is ideal for smaller events of all kinds.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $15,000 to $20,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Rental fees will fluctuate by time of year, season, and date. Please inquire with the venue for exact details. Weddings can be booked 9-months to 1 year in advance to reserve a date. Extra fees for production that requires additional staff may apply. The venue can accommodate a full theatre buyout as well as daytime pricing. Please inquire to rent individual event spaces for a rehearsal dinner that coincides on the same scheduled concert night to arrange for your guests.
