The Cathedral Centre Cafe Overview
The Cathedral Centre Cafe, across the courtyard from the San Fernando Cathedral, offers a more intimate and welcoming space for your wedding celebration to continue after your cathedral ceremony. Located in the heart of Downtown San Antonio, the Cathedral Centre Cafe has a wonderfully warm ambience to lend to your celebration and to share with your loved ones as they come together on your special day. Across the courtyard from the Cathedral, the Café will accommodate 150 of your guests in the large, airy room. It also has a beautiful courtyard for an outdoor reception, expansive windows throughout the venue, as well as access to the San Antonio River Walk from the Main Plaza’s East Promenade. The space has interesting details in terms of decor including large, domed chandeliers which will create a romantic, golden glow over your celebration and an intricately detailed wooden floor perfect for dancing! The Cathedral Centre Cafe is the perfect bright and inviting space for your dream wedding reception.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $1,000 for a reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Couple must get married at a catholic church in order to host reception at this venue.
