The rental fee ranges from $750 to $900 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee to set up a ceremony only is $1,800. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A 25% non-refundable security deposit is required.
