Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,000. Please inquire with the venue for the exact food and beverage minimums that apply to all events. Additional hours can be arranged. The hotel will assist with the city permit needed for renting the outdoor courtyard for ceremonies. The courtyard is a seasonal space from May through October only. Please inquire with the venue for pricing for smaller guest weddings <70 guests. Packages are completely customizable and tailored to the client's needs.
