The rental fee is $4,200 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding with no reception is $4,200. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
