Let the quaint and charming aura of the Shadelands Ranch's grounds set the perfect atmosphere for your wedding! The beautifully maintained landscaping surrounds the historical Penniman house and the picturesque rosebush-surrounded gazebo provides a gorgeous, romantic setting for your outdoor wedding. A large barked area, shaded by huge oak trees offers a more rustic feel for the venue. Committed to keeping the Ranch authentic to its early 20th-century style, the “old-fashioned” elements come to life in the kitchen, the wrap-around porch, and the lawns. For an evening event, weave strings of tiny lights or garden lights through the trees to add an enchanting ambiance to the occasion. You and your guests will be reminded of the gracious hospitality that was once extended to guests of the Ranch over 100 years ago! Venue Notes

The rental fee is $400 per hour with a 3 hour minimum, 150 chairs and 30 tables included with fees. Rental hours include set up (decorating) & clean up time. Additional chairs and tables are available for a small fee. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. There is an indoor kitchen space that is optional for $100.

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No rice, glitter, confetti- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations
