Harborside Event Center will be unavailable for events beginning on March 6, 2017. The construction is estimated to last for one year, through February 2018. While it is possible that HEC could be available during the construction period for some events/programs we will not contract with or guarantee any events during this period. Any changes to this schedule will be communicated to reoccurring events that have been impacted. We will be happy to provide a courtesy “hold” for your event but please note that this is not suggesting the event will occur. These holds will only be activated if there is a major alteration to the above mentioned schedule. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1:00AM.
There is no rental fee for the ceremony and reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $125/hr.
