Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee to set up a ceremony is $500. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $500. A 25% security deposit is required.
