    Venue notes

    The rental fee ranges from $3,100 to $3,500 for a weekend reception and includes 10 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony in the formal garden is $500 with reception rental. A refundable security deposit of $750 is required. Please inquire with venue for short term rentals within 120 days of event date; individual room rentals may be booked hourly for a minimum 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. Please note, Monday thru Thursday rental fees available upon request. There is a 20% discount applied to all rental fees during the off peak months of January through March.
