The Homestead, a beautifully restored circa 1903 estate with its reconstructed Dairy Barn has facilities and grounds for both indoor and outdoor garden weddings. This full-service wedding center has tenured wedding experts that provide and coordinate everything you will need to make your wedding day just what you want it to be. Surrounding the home and across the estate’s acreage, you’ll see the many majestic 200-year-old oak trees; their canopy provides a romantic and beautiful natural-cover for this special property. Behind the historic house and nestled under the stately oaks you’ll find the Garden Gazebo and Dairy Barn. The Gazebo is the ideal setting for an outdoor ceremony and the reconstructed Dairy Barn is an extraordinary space for an indoor ceremony or reception. Time Restrictions

Venue is available on Fridays from 7:00PM to midnight, Saturdays from 11:00AM to 4:00PM or 6:00PM to 11:00PM and Sundays for any 5 hours between 3:00PM and 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $6,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $600 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr.
