Concord Manor




Concord Manor is a gorgeous, intimate, and welcoming space full of charming history and modern grace and style perfect for your wedding ceremony and reception. Legend has it that the original home was built in 1845 and during the civil war was used as a hospital. That house burned, and the home you see now was re-built in 1909 on the same foundation. With this interesting history, which comes through in the architecture of the home and the layout of the space, your wedding will take on some of the charm and tradition that comes from the older era! The outdoor space, with its lush greenery and quiet garden spaces, are absolutely ideal for an outdoor ceremony. Imagine walking down the grassy aisle, with the quaint home in the backdrop and blooming flowers surrounding you, to say your “I Dos” with your beloved in front of all of your friends and family. The space radiates beauty and romance and your wedding ceremony and reception following the ceremony will as well. The outdoor space can easily transition into a reception space with lights strung across the treetops and the outdoor deck used for a seating area.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 4 hours prior to start of event. Events must end by 10:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $3,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Rental fee also includes 1.5 hours of rehearsal time the day or night before. Please inquire with venue coordinator for pricing and availability of ceremony-only weddings with on reception. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with about rental pricing for accommodations at the Main House, which includes 7 bedrooms and can sleep 20 guests or for the detached guest house which includes 2 bedrooms and can sleep 6 guests. Please inquire about additional all-inclusive packages or use of outside caterers.
