Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $2,500 for a reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. The maximum capacity for a seated reception is 133 and 150 for a standing reception.
