Time Restrictions

We boast a flexible set-up start time, meaning early morning setups can be arranged for daytime weddings while evening weddings can start at noon. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The Grove Hotel allows for six (6) hours of event time excluding set up and clean up. The set-up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $0 to $1,500 and includes an extra hour of event time, while the fee for a ceremony-only wedding ranges from $750 to $2,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
