Host an Elegant Event at the Lafayette Veterans Memorial Center! Centrally located in the beautiful hills of Lafayette- the Memorial Center is an Award winning, Modern Building available for Private Events /Corporate Meetings /Weddings /Galas. Located at the western limit of the beautiful city of Lafayette-the Memorial Center is easily accessible from the 24 freeway and the Lafayette Bart Station. There are four room sizes with capacity for groups of 20 up to 300 guests. Also available at the Memorial Center is a full bar and state of the art kitchen. The kitchen is available for professional caters of your choice to utilize the services of our Preferred Caters list. Upon entering, you will find yourself in a large central gallery running most of the length of the building. Flanked on one side by a glass wall overlooking Mt Diablo Blvd and by the event halls on the other, this gallery gives a feeling of openness and beauty. Finally there is our Liberty Room. It is a fully equipped bar, cocktail tables and two flat screen TVs. This room can also serve as a meeting facility for groups up to 30 guests. It also serves as a private area for staging and dressing. The beauty and comfort of this facility, in addition to the attention of our professional staff, are the elements that will make any event a success.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM. The meeting space is not available on weekend nights. Spaces are not available to rent on Sunday mornings.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,125 to $2,400 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Event times are priced on an hourly fee. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $105/hr to $295/hr depending on time of day. There is a kitchen fee of $500 applied to any events that requires use. Please inquire with wedding venue coordinator for specific details.
