The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $3,500 for ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable site package deposit is required.
