Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to the event start time (Saturday PM events may be 1 hour prior to the event). Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception. There is a guest minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $800 for indoor and $1,500 for outdoor, including an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee and will depend on total number of guests. Daytime weddings can be booked from 12-5PM but flexible on non-Saturday events. There is a guest minimum that ranges from 100 to 150 depending upon day of the week, peak season and the wedding date. There is only one wedding at a time. Venue includes event coordinator and also bridal attendant. Valet is included. All meals have a choice of 3 entrees and one vegetarian option.
