The rental fee is $2995 for a ceremony and reception and includes 10 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee.. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details. - 2 deputies required when alcohol is served- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Beer and wine only- Music must end by 11:00PM- No amplified music allowed- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No sparklers or fireworks- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
