Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Often the evening before or early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $5,400 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental or $2,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
