With two distinct venues - the historic Fairyland Club and the rustic Golf Clubhouse - couples can choose the setting that best fits their vision. The Fairyland Club’s 5,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom features sweeping mountain views, hardwood floors, and gold chandeliers - ideal for classic, romantic celebrations. For those dreaming of an outdoor ceremony, the Pavilion offers a cozy, picturesque setting, with cocktail hour just steps away on the scenic terrace. The Golf Clubhouse is perfect for more laid-back gatherings and offers access to our event lawn, where larger receptions can be tented for an open-air celebration under the stars. No matter the vibe, our team is here to bring your day to life with care, creativity, and seamless hospitality.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $7,500 and includes exclusive use of the Fairyland Ballroom and Golf Clubhouse for up to 5 hours of event time, with full-day access for vendor setup and club preparation. This fee includes valet parking for all guests, setup and breakdown labor, standard cleaning, and event oversight from our Catering Director, who will assist with layout diagrams, vendor coordination, and food and beverage logistics on the day of your event. While our Catering Director will be your point of contact throughout the planning process, a professional wedding planner is still required for full day-of coordination and ceremony management. A food and beverage minimum applies to all events. We do host outdoor receptions if a tent is provided, and outdoor ceremonies or cocktail hours are welcome with an established indoor backup plan in case of inclement weather.
