The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $750. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. Please inquire about special December pricing. The max capacity for a standing reception is 180 and 125 for a seated dinner reception.
