Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $50 to $900 for a reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $0 to $275 with reception rental or $50 to $900 for a ceremony-only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. The front porch may only be rented with the Ballroom. For use of smaller rooms, the clients must rent a room for both the reception and ceremony as they would not be able to host both in one room.
