The rental fee ranges is $5,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding is $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
