Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 1 hour prior to start of event. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $300 to $1,000 for a reception and it includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. The rental fee is waived if the food and beverage minimum is reached.
