The third floor is a large room featuring a unique, slanted wall of glass that offers a full view of the water, as well as plenty of sunlight to frame the happy occasion. The combination of brass light fixtures, the black marble bar, and the light greenery add a touch of elegance and glamour to this space. Walk down the aisle and exchange vows against the wide windows, or use this spacious area to hold an unforgettable reception. While the larger event space can serve as a perfect place for guests to enjoy their dinner, a smaller lounge area is ideal for cocktails, conversations, and dancing after. With a platform for live entertainment, a grand piano, and a designated dance floor, your wedding party is guaranteed to be a lively event. A reception that extends into the nighttime will be graced by the romantic scene of boat lights bobbing against the dark waters in the marina.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to guest arrival. Events must end by 11:30pm. NOW ACCEPTING FRIDAY NIGHT WEDDING RECEPTIONS & CEREMONIES!

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $4,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr.

Outside Catering for Kosher or Ethnic needs is allowed, fee's apply.
