Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 4:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,950 to $9,000 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr.
