Located just a short stroll over the bridge in between the first tees of the Celebrity and Players Courses, the Fairway Lawn is a pristine site that overlooks the golf course. Surrounded by beautiful verbena, wildflowers, and the tall palms, the lawn gives off a relaxed resort vibe that allows its guests to fully enjoy the beautiful California Desert weather and charm. A new expansive event lawn surrounded by 21 towering palm trees wrapped in white lights provides an additional ceremony and/or outside reception option. The indoor venues at Indian Wells Golf Resort feature beautiful views of the composed surroundings and offers sophisticated comfort. With glass on three sides and commanding views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the Pavilion is the premier location for a superb reception. Watch as the sun slides behind the mountains and as the night settles in, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable celebration! Adjacent to the Pavilion is a custom designed dressing suite for our wedding clients.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding ceremony, set up, and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony is $2,000 to $5,000. A 25% refundable security deposit is required.
