The rental fee ranges from $2,019 to $2,340 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,000 up to100 guests and $1,300 over 100 guests and it includes chiavari chairs and ceremony runner,plus decor (price to be determined based on what client want to add). Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200hr + DJ and staff fee and optional bar service available at $5 per guest each additional hour
