Time Restrictions

Flexible start time. Events must end by 10:00PM. A midnight extension is available upon request for an additional fee.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $5,000 for ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time, a private ocean view location, full labor service, and set up. Additional hours can be arranged for an additional fee to be determined by the on-property Event Manager. There is a $275 per person food and beverage minimum required for receptions. The private ceremony package includes a 4-course private dinner, established bar package, and turndown service. A security deposit of half the minimum wedding revenue is required.
