Chase Court




Snuggled into the city in the historic Mount Vernon Cultural District, Chase Court has a private, shaded ceremony garden, and a magnificent air-conditioned 125-seat Gothic ballroom. The private garden at Chase Court is an incredible green oasis, a clearing-in-the-forest surprise. Family and friends may want to linger here for cocktails and conversation. The fish pond and diverse, lush plantings provide a still place in a busy world. Up to 120 can be seated or 150 people can stand in the garden to watch a ceremony.The garden is magnificently lighted, providing just the right ambiance in the evening. Many receptions spill out into the garden with standing or seated tables. An indoor ceremony is also possible in the intimate and romantic Gothic Ballroom. When your ceremony is over, your guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the Library and Foyer while the Ballroom is being rearranged for your reception. There are so many possibilities here for your wedding celebration!

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 3 hours prior to start of event. Events must end by midnight. All of the reception rates include 4-5 hours of event time, three hours of set-up time and one hour of clean-up time.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,800 to $4,800 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $700 with reception rental or $2,400 for a ceremony-only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $775 to $975 depending on the day of the week and time of the day. Please inquire for discounted rates for a later rental start time after 6:00PM.
