With custom catering and personalized service, they’ll take your wedding wish list and transform it into a day to remember. The Island Ballroom is a charming setting located in the resort's Victorian gazebo, overlooking San Carlos Bay, Sanibel Island and Captiva Islands. This space features windows on six sides and a wrap-around veranda for stunning water views. The Gardens Ballroom, is located across the skybridge, and has a gorgeous veranda & windows overlooking the Palms Pool Deck and San Carlos Bay. The Everglades Ballroom also features an entire floor to ceiling wall of windows with a gorgeous waterview, grand ceilings, chandeliers & wall sconces. The Palms Ballroom is the resort's largest ballroom, located across the skybridge from the hotel and can accommodate 400+ guests. The Palms Pool Deck offers peaceful sounds of a trickling water fountain for an outdoor Ceremony or Reception space. There is also the secluded Cove Beach for a tranquil Ceremony right on the sand during sunset. Discover scenic views of the majestic back bay of the Gulf of Mexico. Venue notes

There is a rental fee for the reception based on your expected number of guests and ranges from $550 - $2,000. The venue allows at least 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up/ rental fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,000 to $2,000 depending on your number of guests & which location you choose. Please inquire with the event coordinator for specific pricing.
