Time Restrictions

24 hour rental starting at 8:00 a.m. the day of until 8 a.m. the following day. Amplified music must be turned off by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $12,000 to $14,000.00 for a ceremony and reception for up to 400 guests. The rental fee includes the venue for a 24 hour rental period including set up and clean up time. Fridays and Sundays are discounted $1,000. After 400 guests, there is an additional fee of $25.00 per person. Half of the rental fee is due upon booking. In addition, a refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. Wine is sold by the case; however there is no wine minimum required. A 30% discount is offered on wine for wine wedding purchases. Hard liquor, beer and champagne can be brought in for events for a fee. A wedding coordinator is strongly recommended for all wedding bookings. An optional lake house on property can be rented for a multi-overnight stay for an additional fee which is arranged with the venue. The fee for security guards required for an event starts at $950 for up to 199 guests. Please inquire with the venue for exact security rates for 199+ guests.
