Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 3 hours prior to start of event. Events must end by midnight. Venue is not available Monday through Thursday.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,800 to $6,600 for an indoor ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a rooftop ceremony ranges from $6,150 to $6,600 or included if done in conjunction with a rooftop reception. Please inquire for details. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $750 is required. Please inquire for pricing and availability for ceremony-only weddings with no reception.
