Gazebos, trellises, luxurious stone patios, and vineyards dot the landscape, creating perfect settings for ceremonies and photographs. Outside, enjoy the magnificent views of the Eastern mountain range as you descend the grand staircase to enjoy a romantic “First Look” moment in front of the 3-tier Italian style fountain. Guests will enjoy the view from the hand –cut stone patio the surrounds the event center during a lovely outdoor cocktail hour. Inside the event center, French doors provide panoramic views of the southern Green Mountains and you will enjoy the warm embrace of sumptuous mahogany, and a grand four-sided stone fireplace, surrounded by family and friends. This five-star diamond award winning facility can accommodate up to 200 of your guests while they enjoy a decadent meal and a night making fantastic memories.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $10,000 to $12,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please note, if using an outside caterer, an additional $2,000 security deposit is required.

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Approved outside caterer allowed- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Outside caterer allowed with an additional $2,000 deposit- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
