Time Restrictions

Saturday events may start at 10am. Sunday events may start at 2pm. Rental time includes setup and teardown time. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,500 to $3,900 for 10 hour Saturday reception. Sunday weddings are 8 hours and $3,500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with the event coordinator for other options. The venue is not available on weekdays.
