The Trailhead Members Club in the Upper Sonoran Desert up against the Las Sendas Mountain is a stunning Arizona wedding venue. Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 11:00PM. Friday have a 6 hour block and Saturday and Sunday have a 13 hour block
The rental fee ranges from $1,700 to $3,400 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $400 to $600. A refundable security deposit of $600 is required. 100 guest max capacity for indoor seating only. Can accommodate up to 220 guests with using both indoor and outdoor seating.
