The Trailhead Members Club at Las Sendas




The Trailhead Members Club in the Upper Sonoran Desert up against the Las Sendas Mountain is a stunning Arizona wedding venue. This club has a variety of indoor and outdoor banquet facilities to accommodate your special day. You can organize the wedding day of your dreams with the help of the club's professional staff. Scenery for your outdoor event is vast with views of the city lights, the McDowell and Usery Mountains, as well as Red Mountain. After an intimate ceremony amongst the gardens, you and your guests can head to the patio for an hour of conversation and cocktails. For your reception, you can choose from the Pinnacle Room, The Diamond Room, and the Legacy Room. Each features old craftsmanship style architecture and details that add a great deal of charms to your special day. The Legacy Room is a beautiful site for your reception featuring large glass windows, a door that enters to the brick patio and terraces, perfect for an evening of extravagant fun.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 11:00PM. Friday have a 6 hour block and Saturday and Sunday have a 13 hour block

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,700 to $3,400 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $400 to $600. A refundable security deposit of $600 is required. 100 guest max capacity for indoor seating only. Can accommodate up to 220 guests with using both indoor and outdoor seating.
