Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 for reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
