Inspired by Polynesian retreats, this bed and breakfast is dedicated to providing a beautiful sanctuary that also accesses the nearby shops, galleries, and fine dining of the historic Holualoa Village. This Estate offers several locations perfect for a low-key or elegant ceremony and reception. The Malulani “heavenly shelter” is a prime example. An open-air pavilion, the Malulani showcases gorgeous views of the Kona Coast, while also providing an upscale gathering space with open-beam vaulted ceilings and multiple covered areas that can accommodate up to 120 guests. Fronting the pavilion is their expansive Great Lawn, providing stunning views of sunsets and lush tropical gardens illuminated by romantic lighting. The list goes on with even more possibilities at the Holualoa Inn, which also includes a poolside deck, blue jade garden, towering bamboo groves, and garden gazebos -- all there to make your wedding a day to remember forever.

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fees vary based upon the number of sleeping rooms booked, activities held at the inn, time of year, size and scope of your event. Exclusive rental of Holualoa Inn is $3200++ per night based on a 2-night minimum stay, which includes Inn & Private Cottage. The exclusive daily rental of Malulani Pavilion ranges from $3,000 to $8,600 with the range depending on the size and scope of the event. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required.
