Description

Ridgeland Mansion, set in historic Fairmount Park, was built in 1719 in a classic Philadelphia Federal style. It sits on a five-acre estate and is perfect for social and corporate events. The Ridgeland Mansion is now exclusively managed by Joshua's Catering. The venue can accommodate both large and small events. Our stunning tent can hold 300 people for a sit down affair, while the barn can fit 80 guests for theater-style programs and 60 guests for banquets. Joshua's Catering will help you with your planning process and manage your wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly. For your convenience, you can even arrange to have your rehearsal take place on the property in addition to the rehearsal dinner, all taken care of by Joshua's Catering. (Extra hours for events TBD)

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

Weddings with a minimum of 100 guests are held in a Navi-Trac tent with a fee of $150.00 per person, this includes full catering service, all rentals(basic linen,flateware and glassware), and the site fee ( $2,250 which is 80% Tax Deductible). Weddings with a maximum of 60-80 guests are held in The Barn at Ridgeland. The site fee is $1,250, plus catering cost, which begins at $102.50 per person. The fee for a ceremony is $695.
