Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 10:00PM.
The rental rate is $2,500 for up to 150 guests and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. There is $200 fee for each additional 50 guests. A refundable security deposit of $400 is required as well as event insurance.
