Overlooking a scenic 17-acre lake, the Carolyn Baldwin Lake Pavilion is a welcoming and elegant wedding location. An ideal place for banquets, the venue’s open pavilion is rustically crafted from weather-worn wood with a gorgeous chandelier strung from the peaked ceiling and a full-sized dance floor arranged at the pavilion’s center. Nearby, a lakeside dock doubles as a romantic aisle and alter on which bride and groom may exchange vows over a glittering expanse of water. Moreover, the lush green flora encircling the pavilion offers both an outstanding photo backdrop and a refreshing taste of natural serenity. Blooming flowers add a dash of color, while rock pathways enhance the subtle casualness. The dreamy getaway festive and friendly, doused in a sense of community as the general manager collaborates closely with the couple to achieve each unique vision. Set up time can start at 8am. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,899 to $2,499 for a ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours on the day of the wedding, as well as time the day before for rehearsal (unless it's a Sunday wedding, then special arrangements will be made). A refundable security deposit of $250 is required.
