Celebrate Your Wedding at James River Cellars! Make unforgettable memories at James River Cellars Winery. From our beautifully landscaped lawn to our newly constructed covered Pavilion, our property provides the perfect setting for a romantic vineyard wedding. Whether you envision an outdoor ceremony surrounded by vines or a relaxed reception under the Pavilion, we have everything you need to bring your dream day to life. And of course, there will be plenty of wine to celebrate. Lawn & Pavilion Wedding Package: Accommodates approximately 150 guests Ceremonies and wedding receptions can both be hosted in our scenic Lawn and Pavilion area. This package includes exclusive access to our 45’ x 80’ covered Pavilion, a spacious lawn for your ceremony, and an additional 20’ x 20’ bonus tent to provide extra flexibility for your layout. Our venue offers flexible setup options and includes tables and chairs, along with the necessary staffing support for your event. A James River Cellars coordinator will be on site during your event to oversee venue operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Couples are required to provide their own wedding coordinator to manage the timeline and details of the day. We would love to help you celebrate your special day. Our Lawn & Pavilion wedding package rental rate is $600 per hour with a 5-hour minimum, which includes all setup and cleanup time within the reserved hours. A $500 ceremony fee applies for ceremony setup and transition to the reception. The Hanover Room bridal suite is available for $500 and provides all-day access for the wedding party. Staffing is required for all weddings, with the number of staff determined by the venue coordinator based on guest count, wine service, and other event details. To reserve your date, a 40% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event.Amenities And Requirements
