The Site fee is $3,000 for Saturday events and $2,000 for Friday/Sunday events. This fee is paid directly to the venue and helps sustain the mission of the Pearl S. Buck Foundation: to explore and appreciate other cultures and to improve children's lives around the globe. Menu price per person includes all non-alcoholic beverages, bar mixers and bar fruit; linens, fine white china, flatware, glassware for the bar and table settings; a customizable Estate Pavilion with covered porch area, guest tables, guest chairs, 5 service tables, a dance floor and built-in bar; full event staffing for setup, service and break-down; a professional event coordinator; upscale restroom facilities adjacent to the Estate Pavilion; sales tax and administrative charges.
