The Nobel Prize winning author Pearl S. Buck chose the rolling hills and classic stone farmhouse of this quintessential Bucks County farmland for her family home. The property features 68 acres of manicured gardens, water features and woodland walks. You can relax knowing your outdoor ceremony, set under the stone archways or surrounded by flower gardens, has a "plan B"- a classic red barn with modern amenities. Enjoy cocktails on the slate terrace then celebrate with dinner and dancing under the customizable Estate Pavilion. We plan each unique event as if our own friends and family were on the guest list, with outstanding food and unmatched attention to detail. You make the memories, we'll take care of everything else!

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 4 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The Site fee is $3,000 for Saturday events and $2,000 for Friday/Sunday events. This fee is paid directly to the venue and helps sustain the mission of the Pearl S. Buck Foundation: to explore and appreciate other cultures and to improve children's lives around the globe. Menu price per person includes all non-alcoholic beverages, bar mixers and bar fruit; linens, fine white china, flatware, glassware for the bar and table settings; a customizable Estate Pavilion with covered porch area, guest tables, guest chairs, 5 service tables, a dance floor and built-in bar; full event staffing for setup, service and break-down; a professional event coordinator; upscale restroom facilities adjacent to the Estate Pavilion; sales tax and administrative charges.
