Set up time can start 3 hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 2:00AM.
The rental fee ranges from $7,200 to $8,900 for a reception and includes 8 hours for the event (up to 5 hours) set up (up to 3 hours) and clean up time (1 hour). The set up fee for a ceremony is $500. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Outside catering is allowed for a fee. Custom menus can be arranged.
