Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Daytime events must end by 5:00PM. Evening events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $3250 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony-only wedding is $950 and includes 3 hours of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. A refundable security deposit starting at $500 is required. Please inquire with venue for 4-hour cocktail reception weddings.
