For your reception, Lydia Pavilion is the ideal space for the rustic barn wedding, yet offers an elegant ambiance with the wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors. The stage in the Pavilion is the perfect place for a live band to serenade your guests or they may choose to relax by the outdoor fire pit or play a game of horseshoes.

The rental fee is $4,000 for a barn or pavilion ceremony and reception and includes 3 days of facility rental. Please inquire for 1 or 2-day rental packages. The fee for a chapel ceremony is $500 and is only for one-day use. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding ranges from $500 to $2,400. Outdoor receptions require rental of port-o-potties. Please inquire about tent rentals and rental of game room.
